Email Templates
Here you can create email templates to optimize your communication with your contacts, saving time and reducing repetitive typing.
To create a new email template, simply click on the Add button. A window will appear allowing you to create your new email template:
Title: Enter a title for your email template. This title will only be visible to you and won’t be seen by your contacts.
Text: Enter the content of your email template here.
Once you’ve filled in the fields, click Save. The template you have created will now appear in the E-mail Templates menu. You can create as many templates as you need. To make changes to a template, simply click on it and make the necessary changes. Don’t forget to click on Save after you have made your changes.
Using email templates
You can utilize your email templates when sharing a gallery or project with your contacts. In the Share Settings section, after choosing the Share with Contacts option and selecting the contacts you want to share with, a window will appear, allowing you to choose your template.
Here you’ll find a box labelled Email templates. Clicking on it will bring up a list of your available email templates for you to choose from. Once you’ve selected a template, its content will automatically fill the Message box. You can then edit it as required. Don’t forget to click Send message to send the message to the selected contacts.
