Linking an external image editor to the software

You can use an external image editing program to edit your images directly from Saal Design software. To do this, first click on the small cogwheel icon for settings in the software. Under the Paths section, there is a section called External image editor. If you click on the wrench button here, you can select a program from your system to edit the images.

Once you have saved the image editing software of your choice, click OK in the bottom right-hand corner. Your settings are now saved. Now right-click on an image in your project and select Open with external editor. The image will be opened in the image editor.

After editing, save your image and go back to Saal Design software. Click on Image editing completed and the old image will be replaced with the new edited image.
